okay so today I had a 5k to run. I woke up at 6 in the morning, nothing unusual except it being Saturday. A friend picked me up, so we can run the race.  I was afraid we’ll be a little late to the event and not get there on time, but we made it and what a wonderful sight. 5k and 75 mile bike ride, training
5k penguin run and 75mile Bike ride in two weeks. I gotta train, but that means no weights, boxing, and swimming. :( - yes it is 42. Even better . I can rest up my legs a little now, lol
